We offer typical Standard Apartments in urbanización Sainvi-Europark. All apartments have similar characteristics differering only in internal decoration and orientation. Apartments all of 100 m2 with 2 or 3 bedrooms, lounge/dining room, balcony, bathroom, gallery, kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery, washing machine and TV.
The Urbanización Sainvi-Europark is a complex situated in the zone called El Parais, about 3 km. from Villajoyosa, in the province of Alicante, and 100 m. from the beach. The town has all the advantageous of being apart from the mass tourist resort of Benidorm (18 km.) and Alicante with is International Airport (28 Km.).
The urbanización Sainvi-Europark provides the following Amenities:
- Swiming pool set in a garden environment.
- Recreation areas: football/basketball court and a pelota/tennis court.
- Various restaurants and bars.

| |
1) Cancellation of the rental agreement 45 days before occupancy will incur a charge of 25% of the rental price, 25 days before 50% and 15 days or less a charge of 100% will be incurred.
2) The maximum number of
persons authorized to occupy
the the rented property
must be respected, otherwise
Astrid van Leeuwen Cerdá
has the right to cancel
the contract with inmediate
effect.
3) Included: Electricity, water, gas and one set of sheets and towels per person and reservation.
4) The client shall provide own beach towels.
5) Changes of sheets and towels is optional.
6) The client can collect the apartment keys, at the address stated below during normal office hours (Monday to Friday 10 - 3'30 PM and Saturday 10 - 12 AM)
7) The property may be occupied not earlier than 12.00 AM on day of arrival and vacated not later than 10.00 AM on day of departure.
8) Should collection not be possible during the hours (stated in point 6 above) the client must inform Astrid van Leeuwen Cerdá so that other arrangements can be made. If not no responsibility is assumed or accepted.
9) Animals are not permitted.
10) On departure the client must leave the apartment tidy. If not, Astrid van Leeuwen Cerdá will deduct the cost of such cleaning from the deposit.
11) Astrid van Leeuwen Cerdá does not accept any responsibility for theft, robbery or damage of clients property, nor personal injuries incurred.
12) The acceptance of this rental agreement implies that the client agrees to the conditions stated herein. |
